Kamatchi Matrimony is committed to maintaining a safe and responsible matrimonial platform. We strictly prohibit any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward content or behaviour that may harm, exploit, abuse, or endanger children or minors.

Kamatchi Matrimony is intended only for eligible adults and takes appropriate measures to prevent the misuse of its platform for activities involving minors.

Any user found to be involved in such activities may have their account immediately suspended or permanently terminated.

Where appropriate and legally required, relevant information may be preserved and reported to law enforcement or other competent authorities.

2. Age Restrictions

If we discover that an account has been created by a person who does not meet the applicable minimum age requirement, we may immediately suspend or remove that account.

Users must provide accurate date-of-birth and age information during registration.
