Your membership will automatically be suspended if you send "abusive, obscene or sexually oriented" message's to other members.

The member shall not share the account with another person or allow anyone else to use the account for any purpose.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services or any User's account with or without notice to any User, without liability to any User or any third party. The service may be temporarily unavailable from time to time for maintenance or other reasons.

As with any Internet based system there is always the possibility for the transmission of computer viruses. Members are strongly advised to keep their anti-virus software up to date. KAMATCHIMATRIMONY.com cannot be held responsible in anyway for any transmission of computer viruses.
